Shipping and Returns

The Little Linen Company is committed to providing top quality products with the highest standards in fit, finish and service. Your satisfaction assists us in maintaining and improving our product and service to you. We take our quality control very seriously, and in the unlikely situation a faulty product slips through our quality control system please contact us immediately after purchase to arrange an exchange, refund or credit your purchase.

Please be mindful that we are often refining and innovating our manufacturing processes, and so there can be small variations in prints, patterns or textile dimensions. If you are unhappy with your purchase after receiving your item please promptly return in the same condition for an exchange, refund or credit - see our Return & Refunds below for details.

Returns & Refunds

The Little Linen Company offers a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as you originally received them to receive a full refund. The customer is liable for all postage costs incurred in returning the goods.

Please contact one of our friendly customer service team at info@littlelinen.com prior to returning your goods to receive your Returns Authorisation Number.

Shipping - USA

US orders are filled with from our warehouse in New Jersey, unless otherwise indicated we do offer shipping on some items from our Australian warehouse.

Shipping from our US warehouse is via USPS or UPS and are typically delivery with 2-3 business days.

Shipping - Australia

All Australian orders placed with The Little Linen Company are sent out via Australia Post. We can send to any address including PO Boxes and all parcels require a signature upon delivery. If for some reason you aren’t there to receive you parcel then Australia Post will leave a card with instruction on where you can pick up your goods, usually your closest Australia Post shop.

All goods are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of payment and are typically delivered within 1-10 business days.

We also offer express post with next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post delivery network. Visit www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html for more information. Rates are calculated by weight and can be estimated in your shopping cart or during checkout. For next day delivery orders must be received by 2pm. For orders after received after 2pm the next business day will count from a day later.

Shipping - New Zealand

Orders to New Zealand are fulfilled from our Australian warehouse via DHL couriers and are typically delivery with 2-5 business days.

Shipping - International

Currently we have warehouses located in Australia and the United States. If you are outside of these areas please select your closest warehouse location as your shipping options from further warehouses may be limited or incur higher shipping costs.

At present, our Australia/New Zealand/Asia Pacific store only offers international shipping to New Zealand, China, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Macau. If you are based in these countries and would like to purchase our products, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

All international shipping from Australia is via DHL couriers.

For international orders, you may incur sales tax and/or customs duty when your package arrives into your country.

Any taxes and/or duty fees are the buyers responsibility; The Little Linen Company will not be liable for these costs.

Pricing

Orders from our Australian warehouse are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and orders from our US warehouse are processed in US Dollars (USD). We have provided a currency selector in each of our online stores, however prices shown are approximate only. Please check with your bank for any additional fees for currency conversions and international orders.

Tax

By default our store displays prices including Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) for our Australian customers. If you're not from Australia and would like to view prices excluding GST, please create an account and fill in your shipping and billing information in My Account - Profile settings to display exc. GST pricing storewide. Alternatively, prices will be shown exc. GST during checkout once your shipping/billing information has been filled out before purchase.

Placing Orders

To ensure the fastest and smooth transaction possible The Little Linen Company prefers to use the online ordering system for the placing of orders. However if you are uncomfortable with online ordering please email info@littlelinen.com or phone 03 9543 9903 and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

International Orders

For all international enquiries, please email us at info@littlelinen.com listing the item/s you wish to order and your full delivery address details and we will then contact you with a price for freight to your area.

Out of Stock Items

All efforts are made to ensure that stock levels are correct at the time of ordering, however if an item that you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you via email or phone and advise of an estimated time of delivery. A full refund can also be issued upon request if you would prefer not to wait for your item to become available again.

Payment

The Little Linen Company accepts Visa and MasterCard payments. All credit cards transactions are encrypted via SSL and are processed securely via the eWay gateway.
